The Pattern Reset™ was created after decades of working with clients who were stuck in pain. This method integrates my experience in physical therapy, massage therapy, personal training, and nervous system regulation to deliver permanent results.
Because of my unique education and ability to draw from multiple disciplines, I’ve discovered the transformative power of movement therapy—teaching clients how to reset their own patterns through corrective exercise, intentional movement, and body awareness.
At the same time, I’ve seen how hands-on manual therapy and structural integration principles help bring the body back into alignment by releasing fascial restrictions, activating weak muscles and restoring balance within gravity.
The Pattern Reset™ Method blends both. It’s not purely Structural Integration or Movement Therapy—it's a hybrid of the two that merges awareness-based movement education with deep, integrative bodywork.

Your body doesn’t need to be forced. It needs to feel safe enough to move differently and it can't do that if it's holding on for dear life in dysfunctional patterns. These patterns often develop over time from stress, injury, or habit — and until you see and feel them, they’ll continue to reemerge no matter what treatment you try.
Because you can stretch, strengthen, and get every type of bodywork available, but it will never fix the problem. Why? Because as soon as you go back to life and your old patterns, the symptoms will return. You must become aware of your patterns to finally fix them.
We must first identify the tension holding patterns. Starting with a full Body Pattern Reading — which includes analysis of your posture, gait, breath, and movement (including sports-specific patterns) — we identify both the dysfunctional and optimal patterns within your body. We allow your body to see and feel how posture and movement should feel without tension and protective patterns.
Through this personalized guidance, we help you recognize these subtle signals your body sends when it begins to fall back into old patterns. Once you understand what your body is doing, you gain true power and control — instead of relying solely on a therapist or practitioner.
We also apply a powerful blend of integrative manual therapy myofascial release, muscle activation, massage, corrective exercise, and breath work to help your body reset and reinforce new, balanced patterns that last.
Clients often choose to continue seeing me regularly because they enjoy the process and results — but my goal is always to empower you with tools you can practice on your own. Most clients only need to come a few times a month, which saves both time and money while creating lasting change. Even if past therapies haven’t brought relief, there is hope.
