Gina Hoegh, MS, LMT, CSCS

Gina Hoegh is the owner of BBS. She has over 25 years experience working in the health and fitness industry. She began her journey in physical therapy in 1999, helping patients and clients to recover from injury or improve their quality of life. Her love of fitness and sports inspired her to become a certified personal trainer and receive her CSCS (strength and conditioning specialist) through NSCA. This passion lead her to attain a BS in Sports, Wellness, and Fitness Management in 2010. The biggest influence in her career came when she was introduced to The Mattes Method Active Isolated Stretching (AIS). She is very passionate about educating others on the amazing benefits of this method and had the opportunity to work and teach alongside the developer himself, Aaron Mattes. Gina saw the need for a change as insurance restrictions in physical therapy limited her ability to treat her clients, especially with the one-on-one care they needed for optimal results. In 2013, BBS opened to fill that need for a whole body approach to healthy living. The ability to see clients one-on-one and utilize a variety of approaches, has allowed Gina to significantly improve her clients function even when other treatments have failed. As a lifelong learner, Gina continued her education with a MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion and is trained as a health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches and is a Licensed Massage Therapist. In addition to her licenses and certifications, Gina has taken thousands of hours of continuing education courses that have given her endless tools in her toolbox to use as needed. As a Movement Specialist, Gina brings her varied background in physical therapy, personal training, massage, myofascial release, and stretching together to find the perfect combination that works best for each client. She thrives on solving the puzzles that often arise with her clients. She feels everyone deserves and often can live a quality life that is pain free and full of joy!

Heather Mills, BA, CTNC, MBCE

Heather is a dedicated Functional Nutritionist and Root Cause Practitioner with a deep passion for holistic health and healing. Her journey into this field was profoundly influenced by her personal experience when her husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2019. In her quest to explore alternative treatments and give him a fighting chance, Heather immersed herself in extensive research. Although her husband tragically passed away in 2020 due to the pandemic's limitations on treatment access, this loss only strengthened her commitment to holistic healing.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Heather pursued certification as a Transformational Nutrition Coach in 2022. She further specialized as a Certified Cancer Coach, equipping herself to support others facing similar battles. Having a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and recognizing the significant role trauma can play in chronic illness, Heather also trained in Transformational Trauma Technique (TTT) as part of her coaching certification. This method enables her to guide clients in addressing and dismantling the deep-seated beliefs associated with past traumas.
In her pursuit of healing, Heather faced her own health challenges and successfully brought her autoimmune disease into remission in 2023. This personal victory inspired her to deepen her expertise by becoming certified in Functional Blood Chemistry, allowing her to identify root cause patterns through blood work and develop targeted protocols for her clients.
Today, as a Functional Nutritionist and Root Cause Practitioner, Heather is committed to empowering her clients with personalized solutions that address the underlying causes of their health issues, ultimately enhancing their overall quality of life.
