PERSONAL TRAINING
This is not a one-size-fits-all fitness experience — it’s a place to feel at home. You can train barefoot, bring your kids, and be yourself. We modify every movement and program to meet you where you are each day. Some days you’ll lift heavy, other days we’ll focus on stretching, recovery, or gentle corrective work — because progress looks different every day, and that’s okay. One thing to expect every time, to feel great when you leave!
RESET TRAINING WITH GINA

This isn’t a generic “follow-along” workout. This method of training comes from 25+ years experience in the health and fitness industry. It's the programming that I use at almost 50 and with all of my clients every week.
Every session combines:
Corrective Exercise – Targeted movements to restore alignment and balance.
Functional Strength – Safe, effective strength training for real-life movement.
Mobility & Flexibility – Gentle joint and fascial release to improve range of motion.
Body Awareness Training – Learn to feel and correct your own patterns as you move.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You will be educated on how the body should move, how best to take care of your body, and how to have fun with movement. If is very unlikely you will be sore even if you are new to exercise.
It depends on your specific goals. Some clients benefit from just 1–2 focused 30 minute sessions per week, while others prefer a full program of 1 or more sessions per week. Many choose to schedule regularly for maintenance, prevention and long-term investment in their body. I do occasionally have clients that just want to learn how to move safely and will come for a few sessions to get workouts to do at home, while others transition to a gym setting. We are here to help however we can.
