What should I expect during my first session?

Red light therapy will feel like a nice warm sunny window. You will not get burned like a tanning bed. You will need to be mostly undressed if you are using the red light for systemic or whole body. If you are treating a certain area such as a knee, you can just have that are exposed.

How many sessions do I need?

It depends on your specific goals. Some clients benefit from just 1–2 focused sessions, while others prefer a full program of 1-2 weekly sessions or even daily if they are really wanted quick/optimal results. Many choose to schedule regularly for maintenance, prevention and long-term investment in their body.
